Positive Beautiful little guest house, near historic streets. The host was extremely helpful answering any questions we had in a very timely manner. She reserved a taxi for us when we wanted to go to a museum and she was super helpful for other questions. Matsumoto Castle was one of the most beautiful castles we saw in all of Japan.

Positive The place was spacious and cosy, and we could see the thoughtfulness of the host who provided free hand warmers, turning on the heaters before we arrived and even having reading glasses next to the reading materials for the guide to the house. Masaya was very friendly and responded quickly when we needed help.
