Positive The best designed hostel I’ve ever stayed at! Yakushima Guesthouse is wonderfully designed with every little detail thought of. It was clean, a good location and incredible informative about the island and hikes around.

  • Tyron Verified guest review

Positive It had a nice kitchen area with free tea, coffee, and mandarins. Also had a decent setup for cooking. The rice, curry, toast, and noodles are reasonably priced which is good because the hostel is far from a grocery store and I arrived over the new year so none were open. Showers had good flow and hot water. The hostel has great nature around it and crossing

Positive Private rooms with two bunks and tatami floor. Sound if river. Good kitchen. Many solo guests on a budget. Free breakfast
