Positive Kawai and everyone at the reception desk was exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was elegant and delicious. The room was large with a spectacular view of Lake Ashi. There aren't too many restaurants in the area but we discovered a mom and pop shabu shabu just a couple of blocks away that was wonderful. There's a ferry right next to the hotel that takes you
