Positive The entire personnel was most attentive, polite and dedicated to our needs. Positive Excellent ryokan experience. The entire staff was amazing in guiding us in and ensuring our stay was the best. We enjoyed having our meals in the same private dining room each day. Each meal was served beautifully with explanations of the dishes. The ryokan is very quiet and relaxing. We rarely saw or heard the other guests.
