Positive We chose the hotel for the location, as it is only a few blocks from Nihon-Odori Station or Chinatown, and a mere ten minute walk from the cruise terminal. Perfect for us! We arrived before check-in time, but our room was ready and the very helpful staff let us check in early at no charge. We noticed too late that they offered free evening drinks and snacks

Positive Location was great. Room was clean but small as is standard for a Japanese hotel inthisnprice range. Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and attentive. They offer a lounge with coffee, wine, and soft drinks from 2pm-9pm which was a very nice feature.

Positive Location - close to Cruise ship terminal and Chinatown. Staff was great in holding our luggage before checking in and after checkout time.
