Positive This place was at a fantastic location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Accommodations were second to none. Very comfortable room. Pretty good little gym, which I always had to myself. Very convenient location, particularly if attending a meeting at the Pacifico conference center.

Positive The room was clean, some drinks were complementary which was great. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The view was beautiful. Tv offered some channels in both English and Japanese. Staff was friendly. Distance to shops is reasonable.
