Positive Every thing wos good. Apart from breakfast, there was no choice and the meal was not suitable for some guests.

Positive The hotel was great, staff was great and the breakfast was delicious. They had a hosted happy hour daily in the lobby lounge and that was really a nice bonus and fun to meet others at. The onsite onsen facilities were beautiful.

Positive The hotel is amazing, looks slightly dated, but it is very well maintained, super clean and comfortable. My room was huge and had a gorgeous view. The staff is caring, speaks English and is eager to help. There is a shuttle bus service to/from the Gora station, super convenient.
