    Positive The staff was so kind and very helpful for check-in, inquiring about transportation, and overall service. Our room and the hotel was so lovely and I don't know why people complained about the smell because I didn't smell anything. I have a very sensitive sense of smell so either they updated the hotel and got rid of the smell or people are just exaggerating.

    Positive -The room is a bit older but everything was clean -There are a bunch of amazing amenities inside the room -They laid the Futon for us while we were having dinner so we didn’t have to do anything -The onsen itself was great and they have everything prepared so we only need to bring our towel and changed of clothes. -The staff goes above and beyond to accommod
