    Positive A great little hotel in the heart of Takayama with a spacious room for two. Excellent location with a great little rooftop area. Check in was easy, meeting a staff member virtually on a screen at reception. They provided some extra amenities like tea, coffee, razors, slippers, with a shared kitchen space with cups, cutlery etc. Would definitely stay again.

    Positive Although you communicate with the staff remotely, it is very simple and they are very available. Easy to check in. The room was spacious and clean! There was a smell of food in the room that did not go away, probably because the room was located on the first floor above the kitchen. Other than that, it was excellent and the location was the most convenient.
