    Positive it’s very large space that was well equipped with a washing machine, a very comfy bed, all bathing amenities and a tv with netflix connection. it also has a very nice modern aesthetic and is super close to a metro station.

    Positive Lots of space for our bags, bed was comfortable. Check in was easy and same with parking (which is a 2 minute walk). Laundry was easy to use, detergent was provided if needed. the stairs are steep just FYI. 10 min walk to either Gion or Sanjo shopping area

    Positive We LOVED our time at this cute house in Higashiyama! It has everything you need for a comfortable home base in Kyoto. We liked the short stroll to the river and easy access to Higashiyama Station. Laundry facilities were so helpful.
