    Positive The hostess was very kind and went out of her way to make my stay in Kyoto enjoyable. She picked me up from the train station and gave me tips on navigating the city and sites. The area is very peaceful and quite beautiful, a welcome respite from the tourist crowds.

    Positive The accomodation is in a quiet neighbourhood. It is relatively easy to get from there to the city centre. The owner is always ready to help.

    Positive The location was very convenient for visiting the Kurama temple and the Kibune shrine. The public transport was very close to the accommodation, and there was a convenience store very close by as well. The house was very clean and tidy. The owner was very friendly and talkative, even though she did not speak any English, but used a translator on her phone.
