    Positive Host was there waiting for us already, explained everything quite clearly. The accommodation itself was very beautiful, very classy and functional as well. I liked the design, the toilets were nice, the living room as well.

    Positive Host met us and walked through all the property rules and features. Extremely thorough, polite, and professional. Breakfast was outstanding. Location perfectly central to Kyoto and a great jumpoff point.

    Positive Great location! The house is big and we'll kept. The living area and small garden are beautiful and look in reality like the photos. We were concerned at first about sending luggage as it's not a hotel with a front desk. But it was super easy and in general they we're very responsive and answerd immediately when we texted.
