Positive The location was ideal for access to Dotombori and surrounding area. Easy to get to from Namba station. The staff were absolutely perfect. So friendly and helpful. I’m planning to stay here again next time we’re around and will add Mimaru to my short list wherever we go.

Positive The staff were very kind, and the location was overall good. There is an excellent food market right across the street, which was great. The room was equipped with toys and board games, so the kids loved it! There was a free coffee service in the mornings and afternoons. There is also a spacious common area to play board games and chill. The washing machines

Positive This was the second Mimaru we stayed at in Japan and it was great. The staff were so helpful and kind, the rooms were spacious and the bed set up was great for our family. I wish Mimaru hotels were global because I would definitely book again.
