Positive The location and amenities were great. The public baths were a highlight. The staff were very helpful and always available. Love being close to the train station.

Positive Beautiful resort and huge rooms. Great amenities and very family friendly. The breakfast buffet was the best… delicious and high quality. Close access to subway so very easy to get to Shin-Osaka station. We used the shuttle for USJ and it was easy and convenient. Staff were very helpful and kind.
