Positive Very well equipped and large room. It was set up with both Western beds as well as Japanese futons. Bottled water with a hot and cold dispenser. There were two different onsen areas one with a large pool. The second one had several smaller pools. Both were very nice. Men and women's sections were separate with equal facilities. We enjoyed the extensive buffe

Positive Even though we were two hours late for the scheduled dinner time (18:00-19:00), we still got served dinner even after assuming that we had lost that opportunity. That's service like any other! Really appreciated that!

Positive 家族３人の旅行で初めて塩原温泉を訪れました。桜の季節に訪れたので周辺の景色が良かった！春休みということもあってか、たくさんの宿泊客がいて、チェックインはけっこう並んで時間がかかったのと、食堂では並んで、なかなか進まなかったことを除いて、お食事も美味しかったし、お風呂も気持ちよくて、十分に満喫できました。楽しい思い出になりました！
