Positive The open air hot springs, the traditional Japanese room and bed, and the hall with the pond and the beautiful trees. Another thing I loved about this place was the silence.

Positive Excellent service, very quick and responsive. The main woman working was extremely kind, understood multiple languages, worked quickly and effectively. The amount of effort she puts in was apparent and she seemed to handle everything expertly. Hotel itself was beautiful, and the dinner and breakfast are very fun experiences.
