Positive Fantastic location, especially for people who wish to visit and stamp the public onsens. The private outdoor onsen room was excellent with good amenities, on a clear night you can see many stars.

Positive This might be the most incredible hotel we’re ever stayed at. The staff were stunningly attentive, helpful, polite, and hospitable. The facilities—reception, elevator, dining rooms, guest room, private Onsen—were stunning. The location was amazing. The yukata, the slippers, the music. Every detail was stunning.

Positive The kaiseki meals were gorgeous and delicious. So happy to have that experience. Being able to go to all the onsens was also a really cool experience. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
