    Positive Located in a nicely managed onsen area , next to a stream, can hear running water from the room. Restaurant serves very delicious Italian food. We had one of the best pizzas ever. Staff are young guys and girls, energetic and helpful.

    Positive The hotel is right along the river walk, next door to the town's onsen, "Onto," and the restaurant serves all 3 meals in the lobby with great quality. The staff was super friendly and spoke relatively good English for the remote location in the Japanese countryside.
