    Positive The hotel is clean, with spacious and beautifully designed rooms. Guests can enjoy a nice mountain view, especially from the higher floors. The onsen is clean and pleasant to use. The staff are extremely helpful and kind—for example, it was raining during check-out, and the hotel kindly arranged transportation to the bus stop without any issues. The location

    Positive I have tattoos, but we were able to rent a private onsen so my wife and I could bathe together. Also, reserve dinner at a local shop in advance. Altogether, it was a wonderful day in the mountains. It was just what we wanted!
