Positive Immaculate property with huge room and an absolutely brilliant private onsen included. The lady at the front desk is super helpful , and a star at using Google translate.

Positive I thought the staff were quite nice, the on site restaurant where i ate one of the two evenings was decent. Great that they have 3 onsens to make use of(great to use after a long day out, especially as it was cold out).

Positive Private onsen was amazing!! And the futon beds were lovely to try and very comfortable! It was a shame we were there only for one night!
