    Positive All the staffs were very friendly and polite and welcoming. My son loved the garden ( was spectacular)and he wanted to go for a walk to there many times while we were staying there .

    Positive Staff were extremely helpful with good service mind. The room was spacious and quite clean. Overall facilities were kept clean and in good condition despite being a bit old fashioned. Breakfast was Japanese style and lovely, with a plus on beautiful garden view. The portion might be too small for western people though.

    Positive Traditional breakfast was a treat.!! The view over the garden from the breakfast table was great. Hotel personnel was wonderful.
