Positive Th staff at this hotel were amazing, specifically Sy. He offered us their in house menu for dinner, which was outstanding! He also offered to drive us back to Odawara station on the day of checkout! The room is traditional-tatami mats and futon mattresses for beds, so if you are looking for a traditional Japanese experience, this is a great place to do it! P

Positive Really freindly and helpful staff, great location with local transport but we also walked some of the way to and from the property which was nice. The fascilites and onsen were great. It had more of a freindly hostel vibe than a fancy hotel vibe which me and my sister really liked.
