    Positive The room was spectacular, great comfort in both the traditional Japanese and Western areas. The staff was incredibly friendly and they filled out tub with onsen water at our arrival.     Positive We had booked a room with two beds but that was unavailable on our (admittedly late) arrival, so they asked if we'd be OK with futon beds in a tatami room... which of course was preferable to us to western beds in a regular room.
