Positive Breakfast?? No breakfast. The apartment was comfortable and a great location. We stayed for 15 days so not having a washer and dryer was an inconvenience. Renting a unit that doesn't have the basics is also very inconvenient. There are no instructions in the unit about air conditioner, garbage, water dispenser, expectations of guests, check out times etc. I

Positive Very nice and quiet. An excellent location if you want to visit the Malecon for a stroll or go for a morning run. Street parking was normally available directly outside the residence and it was a great area for restaurants, activities and parking. The patio areas were excellent for coffee and a meal or just to read a book with a nice glass of wine.
