Positive Everything. If I could rate this a 20 out of 10 I would! Carmen, Luis, the others are ALL just incredible. The breakfast was gorgeous, the views were gorgeous. The perfect area for walking to a few great restaurants and short walk to Madera beach too. Our room Ana Catalina was huge and we were so spoiled having our own pool to jump in whenever we wanted. Positive Beautiful setting, amazing views, close to town and beach. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. It was so romantic. Absolutely amazing. The restaurant was excellent.

Positive Beautiful hotel, great location with beautiful views. Carmen is a great front desk manager; Salvador is a great maître’d in charge of the restaurant for dinners and provides excellent customer service, and Luis is very friendly and great with customers.
