Positive My family was SO happy staying at Villas Carlota! The room was incredibly modern and comfortable: the mattresses were extremely comfortable; the temperature control was perfect; the darkening curtains were so helpful; the hot water and water pressure worked great; the room and bathroom were perfectly clean; there was plenty of space, storage, etc. Patricia,

Positive Patricia was an excellent hostess. We were upgraded to a bigger room, very clean and comfortable. She also coordinated our pick up at the airport for a lower price than the very expensive taxis at the airport. We arrived around 11:00 pm. We didn’t use the swimming pool because we were just passing through Cancun but it looked very well maintained. Breakfast
