Positive Such a beautiful hotel and clever renovation of an old historic building. Staff were all very friendly and genuinely interested in chatting to know more about what we might want and what we might be interested in - in practically any language! Staff at the restaurant were great, too. And the food at breakfast and dinner was delicious.

Positive The front desk staff were fantastic. Extremely friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable room. The little things had a big impression - bottled water, welcome drinks, sweets and shots the first night, breakfast to go on our departure morning.
