Positive Great location but needs to use a car to get there, swimming pool was great and parking space inside was perfect. Great views overlooking the city. Friendly and helpful staff, and easy to do late checkin/checkout.

Positive The location offers great views, only a 20 minute walk from the town center, less than 20 minutes to the botanical garden, a cafe and small grocer just around the corner. The landscaped grounds and pool offer very good level of comfort for the price, and you get a good sleep far from any noise.

Positive We got a bigger room than booked, for the same price. Nice view from the balcony in the appartment. Super quiet place. Really nice swimpool (no closing hours) and open in end November. Friendly staff. Quiet area (around 30min up hill from the center, so you might need car/transport to go to the center of Funchal) and convenient for us.
