Positive The staff was incredibly courteous. We had some issues with our rental car on the last day as we were leaving the hotel. Even though it was the middle of the night, Veronica was extremely kind and helped us out. Without her support, we probably would have missed our flight.

Positive The personnel (specifically Verónica, carolina and Roxana) where super kind, helpful and nice to us during our stay. The hotel is super well located so que could move easily around by walking.

Positive Lovely spacious colonial room with high ceilings and a wooden floor. Great location. We were warned that it could be loud in the street with all the restaurants but maybe it was a bit cold to sit outside in the evening? The balcony windows and doors kept sounds out. Very helpful and friendly staff.
