    Positive Place was very clean, newly built, have good storage space. Host is very welcoming & helpful throughout the stay. I was greeted by their own made port wine (tawny) that was very delicious & felt warm welcome. Though the kitchen is shared but its a full fledged kitchen & most of the time you will find it empty to use by yourself. I needed a place to safekeep
