Positive I liked the valet service and the view towards the ocean and not too far from the city center.

Positive It was worth the $. The staff were excellent. We ate at the bar downstairs and had one of the best dinners we’ve ever had in the restaurant. The staff spoke English and made us feel very welcome. Our server guided wine selection to pare with our food selections. Excellent!
