Positive I stayed at this hotel last year around the same time of year,September 2024. I liked it at the Vice-Rei so much so that I returned here this year. It's a little bit out of the city's center. However, it's close to the splendid costal area with a lovely walkable promenade, crashing waves, and a fort!
