    Positive The host and staff, and the location are great. It actually looks and feels better than on the pictures. There are a couple of nice places to eat within a few minutes’ drive. It’s a great place to relax and disconnect from everything and enjoy the rural beauty of Madeira.

    Positive The cottage is set on beautifully landscaped and maintained grounds. From the front door and windows you can see the sheep next door grazing. It is quiet, yet getting to the hikes and funchel are easy. It is relaxing, very very clean and filled with lots of niceties such as a fireplace with logs and firestarter, kitchen with dishes, cookware, tea, milk, etc.

    Positive The website doesn't do it justice : this place is absolutely gorgeous ! A bit remote, but the land is beautiful with gardens and lawns that show a lot of care. The cottage we were in was spacious, very well decorated, squeaky-clean, had everything we needed and lots of fun extra amenities! Frankly, it's a little patch of heaven.
