    Positive Amazing property, exceptional hosts(Filomena & Pedro) & lovely staff. Pedro is an avid gardener & it shows. Very clean little Casa, well equipped, good breakfast ingredients (self cooking). Also very close to a levada for walks. My only regret is that we only stayed here 3 nights.

    Positive I’m giving Casa de Pedra all 10’s based on the caring they provided when our flight to Madeira was cancelled. They were very concerned, wanted to keep track of our flight status and were then concerned about us driving in the dark to the apartment. They even offered to come to the airport so we could follow them and not get lost.

    Positive If you want to indulge in the lap of luxury for a few days, this is the place for you ! Filomena knows how to do it right. She should be the standard on how private accommodations should be handled. We’d stay there again in a hard beat.
