Positive Good flat, 10 mins walk to metro, and about 15 mins to the city center. Well equipped with all the necessary modern equipment like washing machine and TV set with smart TV. It also has 2 WCs which is good for families :) 2 coffee shops nearby where you can by pastries for the breakfast.
