Positive It was warm in cold weather. The shower was hot and had good pressure. But only enough hot water for one person. Refrigerator was very nice. Train, metro, bus station (all in one) was a five minute walk. I utilized one or more of all three forms on any given day. It was quiet. No road or neighbor noise.
