Positive Our room was comfortable and clean. the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a full buffet. The hotel was an excellent location on the edge of the old town.

Positive It has a great location at the end of the main pedestrianized street, very walkable from Sao Bento station. We asked for a room with a tub and ended up in a corner room with the tub in the room. Otherwise the hotel is authentically historical but with a beautiful fully glazed entry level breakfast room with great breakfast to match. The hotel looks out on a

Positive The hotel and rooms were excellent in every respect. Loved the breakfasts, great selection and excellent coffee. The location was perfect for our needs. Easy walk to some historic sites, and to the tram stop. Several excellent restaurants practically steps away.
