    Positive This vertical house, on 4 levels, looked and felt like an apartment straight from an architectural magazine. We were very impressed with the design and quality of everything: the upmarket and beautifully appointed kitchen, bathrooms, patio and Japanese garden.     Positive The overall layout of the apartment was good and interesting, not suitable for elderly though due to the stairs. Parking available very nearby. Although there were issues per below but the owner was very responsive to troubleshooting and resolving issues.

    Positive it’s gorgeous; AC is strong and in all rooms, washer dryer combo, outdoor space, etc. it’s all perfect. She also went extra lengths to make us comfortable with a bit of port and a lemon cake.
