Positive The house is excellent, the neighborhood quiet and 89 Plaza a 10 minute walk away has everything one needs (well-appointed supermarket, restaurants, excellent bakeries etc). The host was very nice and responsive, all went smoothly and when back in Chiang Mai we will definitely check availability in this house again.
