    Positive I was asked to pay at the property. And later charged double the total amount after 4 days of vacation. Terrible support to get the refund and I am still not sure if I will be able to get the refund.

    Positive The staff were really cordial and there was a restaurant near the reception which had good food. There is a concierge to store the luggage if need be. The service was overall very good
