Positive I have been staying at this hotel for the past 10 years, and every time I visit Dubai, it continues to be my preferred choice. The manager and staff are excellent — always professional, courteous, and genuinely make guests feel welcome. Their hospitality is one of the main reasons I keep returning. Positive They changed my room when I wasn’t happy with it. Nish at the Harbour restaurant was very accommodating after I received a cold half cup of cappuccino I ordered for room service, he replaced the cup warm and hearty.
