Positive DId not include breakfast. Location was magnificent. Kitchen was very well equipped. At the time of our booking, it was advertised as two bedroom but the host contacted us in advance to warn that it is one bedroom with a lounge. I don't know is this has been corrected. Our friend slept comfortably in the lounge.
