Positive Quiet location but close to Rhos on Sea, Colwyn bay and Llandudno. Lovely enclosed garden which was perfect for the dog. Co-op a 2 minute walk away. Good communication from owner. Fabulous dog friendly beach in Rhos on sea and plenty of places to eat/drink (Coast cafe and gift shop is the best!) Just a perfect location
