    Positive Close proximity to Victoria Coach Station a block away. Extremely helpful staff. 5 min walk to catch the Hop-on, Hop-off bus w/ tickets purchased at the hotel desk. Not cheap but a long ride around the city center.

    Positive The staffs were very accommodating, kind and professionals. They delivered our luggages to our room. The location was great, close to the Victoria Bus Station and walking distant to Buckingham Palace.
