Positive Quiet location between Harvey Nichols and Harrods. The staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. My new go to hotel in London!

Positive Fantastic location next to Harrods, lots of restaurants, cafes and tube station. Staff were extremely friendly. At night the heating system was not functioning properly and they immediately brough us an electric radiator.
