Positive The staff were sooo lovely! Receptionist chatty and relatable x night staff even got us slippers when we walked in with.our feet obviously hurting from dancing. Just lovely!

Positive Really friendly staff. Everyone said hello around the building. Nice warm pool and kids can access the pool all day so my daughter loved it. Used Hawthorne restaurant for tea and kids ate free for half term. Breakfast was really good. Really enjoyed my eggs Benedict and daughter loved the waffles. Daughter loved watching the trains out of the window
