    Positive The hotel was close to the Excel arena and the checkin process was quick and smooth. Every time we required assistance or had queries the staff couldn't have been anymore helpful. We did have a couple of minor issues that got resolved so quickly and without fuss we were in awe at the efficiency and it seemed like nothing was too much. Cain was a pleasure to

    Positive The hotel was situated just a few minutes walk from the Excel which was ideal. It was lovely and clean and having stayed in a very uncomfortable bed the night before I was so glad to find the comfort of my bed here. My husband and I had food here too and the food was absolutely delicious and the staff were great also. I'll definitely be staying here again.
