Positive Great location. Quiet area. Beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated. Very clean and tidy. Everything we needed. Lovely outdoor space - also tastefully renovated. Parking easy. Near facilities & an easy walk into town.

Positive The house was lovely, and only on one occasion did we have to park in the next road. Really spacious all round, beds comfortable. The garden was sunny in the afternoon which was great. Location was ideal as we could walk into Lytham (would recommend a couple of restaurants - Chu’s and Farina but you do have to book).

Positive Great location comfy spacious everything you need hosts were lovely everything on the doorstep shops restaurants pubs sea front. You’d be silly not to stay here and I am fussy
