    Positive The owner was an excellent host he helped us up the stairs with our luggage helps us park the car as the car park is down a tight passage on the side of the property. He helped us with a issue regarding the toilet as soon as it was mentioned he also asked us if we was ok to go into the property which I liked as he respected our privacy etc .

    Positive This apartment/hotel is our go-to, when I come to Blackpool with my mum and dad,, lovely and clean accommodation, friendly and helpful staff, my dad won't stay anywhere else, this is our 4 time hear! 😀
