    Positive Nicola met us at the door and was very welcoming and really helpful. The place was clean and comfortable with a nice homely feel. It's a short walk to the main attractions and shops for supplies. Short walk to tram stop if you wanted to go further. Heating was turned on for us coming in so room was nice and warm for us coming in out of the cold, plenty of cl
